At Phelan Hearing Center, our goal is to improve the lives of people with hearing loss through better hearing. We are proud to have been entrusted with the hearing needs of the Golden Triangle since 1968.

James G. Phelan, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. James G. Phelan is a native of Beaumont, Texas. He earned his Masters of Science in Audiology in 1984 from Lamar University and his Au.D. doctorate in clinical audiology from the University of Florida in 2001. He is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, Texas Academy of Audiology and is past president of the Texas Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Christy Phelan Greig was raised in Beaumont, Texas where she currently works in her family practice. She graduated from Lamar University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Cole is a licensed hearing aid dispenser through the state of Texas. His focus is the fitting, dispensing and maintenance of hearing aids for the geriatric population as well as public school audiometer calibration and maintenance.
